Enlivening the UK’s first Airport City

 

MAG Property wanted to generate a tangible example of the dynamic atmosphere that prospective tenants would be able to experience at the UK’s first Airport City.

THE APPROACH:

We produced a marketing and events strategy based on the needs of the current and prospective tenants. We created a temporary public realm in one of MAG’s existing light-filled buildings and animated it with a programme of street-food and learning events to provide amenity, entertainment and the opportunity for tenants to network.

RESULTS:

The event has attracted several thousand people so far and we have built a strong database of people to talk to about the wider scheme. We have created a space where the diverse factions of the Airport can commune and have received extremely positive feedback from tenants and agents alike. As a result, we have doubled the programme of events over the past 12 months.

Pop-up at its finest

 

Ask Real Estate wanted to animate the beautiful arches in their Viadux site post purchase in order to build relationships and brand presence prior to development.

THE APPROACH:

We produced a strategy that profiled the development’s end residential and leisure user along with the local demographic. We determined that creative communities will be pivotal to this historic site and forged a relationship with a new fringe theatre company who could run and populate the building on a medium term basis.

RESULTS:

Thousands of people have since been through the doors and the space has been heavily praised by regional press for bringing Grade 11 listed vaults back into use in a sympathetic and dynamic way.

Driving bookings for luxury holiday homes

 

We were appointed by Habitat First Group to bolster marketing and events across their brand portfolio, including Habitat Escapes, their luxury holiday home leasing company.

THE APPROACH:

We delivered new events including the Cotswolds’ first ever Pumpkin Flotilla, created new competitions, mailshots, offers and adverts to engage with the existing database and to attract a new audience.

RESULTS:

The Pumpkin Flotilla worked so well that it is being brought back next Halloween and will double in size, whilst the marketing activity resulted in some of the largest traffic spikes of the year, with our Black Friday campaign generating 30 bookings in one day alone.

Generating footfall and revenue for a new underground venue

 

The Brickworks, a previously untouched space beneath a Manchester City Centre shopping centre, approached us to devise a marketing and experiential strategy to help populate its 10,000 square feet of underground chambers.

THE APPROACH:

Using our black book of brand and promoter contacts, we approached the best agencies and local businesses to view the space and to hear the vision from the leaseholders, Crowd UK.

RESULTS:

The Brickworks has rapidly become Manchester’s most dynamic venue, hosting huge brands from across the UK, including Reebok, Just Eat, Lone Wolf, Adidas and The Face Gym.
